“The road isn’t finished yet”: DEF LEPPARD Add More Shows to Their Expanding 2026 Tour Schedule

Def Leppard have officially expanded their 2026 touring plans, announcing a new round of North American dates as the legendary rock band continues one of the busiest live runs of the year.

The newly added shows extend an already packed itinerary that has kept the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees on the road throughout 2026. The band confirmed the additional concerts after strong ticket demand and continued fan interest across multiple markets.

The latest tour expansion will see Def Leppard perform in several cities that were not included in the band’s original routing, giving more fans the opportunity to see the group perform live this year.

According to the announcement, the new dates will continue the band’s long-running commitment to bringing their catalog of classic hits to audiences across North America. Fans can expect performances featuring many of Def Leppard’s signature songs, including staples such as “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” “Photograph,” “Rock of Ages,” “Hysteria,” “Foolin’,” and “Love Bites.”

Def Leppard have remained one of classic rock’s strongest touring acts for decades. Even after more than 45 years together, the band continues drawing large crowds worldwide while maintaining a demanding live schedule.

The group’s current lineup features Joe Elliott, Phil Collen, Rick Savage, Rick Allen, and Vivian Campbell, a lineup that has remained remarkably stable through much of the band’s modern era.

Speaking about touring in recent years, frontman Joe Elliott has frequently emphasized how much the band still enjoys performing live. He has noted that Def Leppard never wants to become a nostalgia act simply going through the motions and instead focuses on keeping performances energetic and meaningful for both longtime fans and newer audiences.

The band’s enduring popularity has been reinforced by the success of recent tours, including major stadium runs alongside Mötley Crüe, as well as their own headline performances around the world.

In addition to touring, Def Leppard have remained active creatively. Their most recent studio album, Diamond Star Halos, released in 2022, debuted to strong reviews and demonstrated that the group could still produce new material while celebrating its classic legacy.

That balance between honoring the past and remaining active in the present has helped Def Leppard maintain a unique position within rock music. While many of their contemporaries have slowed down significantly, the band continues to expand schedules, add shows, and meet ongoing demand from fans.

The newly announced dates further reinforce that momentum. Rather than winding down, Def Leppard appear committed to staying on the road and continuing their connection with audiences across North America.

For fans who missed earlier stops or were hoping for additional opportunities, the expanded 2026 schedule offers another chance to catch one of rock’s most enduring live acts in action.

More than four decades after breaking through with albums like Pyromania and Hysteria, Def Leppard are still proving that their appetite for touring remains as strong as ever.
