Alter Bridge Announce Intimate Summer Shows as Part of Major 2026 Touring Plans

Rock band Alter Bridge — featuring frontman Myles Kennedy, guitarist Mark Tremonti, bassist Brian Marshall and drummer Scott Phillips — have revealed a pair of intimate headline concerts scheduled for June 2026 amid a busy year of touring tied to their new self-titled album and What Lies Within Tour.

While the band is currently in the middle of their successful UK arena tour, they have confirmed two smaller-venue headline performances: one at the Dunfermline Alhambra Theatre in Scotland and another at The Telegraph Building in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Both shows have limited capacity — around 2,000 fans each — offering a more up-close experience than standard arena stops.

These June headline shows are part of the band’s ongoing What Lies Within Tour, which supports Alter Bridge’s eighth studio album, released in early 2026 via Napalm Records. The self-titled record features 12 tracks produced by Michael “Elvis” Baskette, including songs such as Silent Divide, Trust in Me and Slave to Master, the band’s longest composition to date.

In addition to the headline concerts, Alter Bridge will also be headlining their first Blackbird Festival on June 27, 2026, held in the historic grounds of Cardiff Castle in Wales. The event will feature a mix of rock acts including Bush, Skindred, Florence Black and Cardinal Black, in a lineup curated by the band themselves.

Earlier in the year, the band toured across Europe and the UK as part of the What Lies Within Tour, including arena dates in cities such as Newcastle, Manchester, Glasgow, London and Nottingham. Special guests like Daughtry and Sevendust supported these shows.

2026 also saw Alter Bridge take the What Lies Within Tour to North America during the spring, with a headlining run through major U.S. markets. Select dates included support from rock acts Filter, Sevendust and Tim Montana, bringing a mix of new material and longstanding fan favourites to fans across the United States.

The band’s global touring in 2026 — spanning smaller headline shows, large arena dates, international festival appearances and a unique festival curated by the band — reflects Alter Bridge’s commitment to giving fans a wide range of live experiences tied to their latest album cycle.
