Arch Enemy and The Black Dahlia Murder Announce 2026 Co-Headlining “Wrath Across America” Tour

ARCH ENEMY

Arch Enemy and The Black Dahlia Murder have announced a co-headlining North American tour for fall 2026, pairing two of modern metal’s most recognizable names on one bill. Loudwire reports that the trek is called Wrath Across America, with the run set to begin on Oct. 5 in Riverside, California, and wrap on Nov. 16 in Seattle. The tour will feature support from SepticFlesh, Crypta, and Thrown Into Exile.

The announcement arrives at a busy moment for both bands. Arch Enemy recently introduced singer Lauren Hart as their new frontwoman after the departure of Alissa White-Gluz, who has since joined DragonForce. The band also released “To the Last Breath” featuring Hart earlier this year and played their first show with her in March, signaling the start of a new era for the Swedish melodic death metal veterans.

The Black Dahlia Murder, meanwhile, are still touring behind their 2024 album Servitude, and Metal Blade’s announcement says the group’s recent spring headlining run was a success. The label also positions the fall trek as the next major step for the band after that album cycle.

Both bands issued statements that make the tour feel bigger than a standard package bill. Arch Enemy guitarist Michael Amott said, “North America, we are proud to announce our return, joined by the formidable Black Dahlia Murder, alongside special guests SepticFlesh, Crypta and Thrown Into Exile,” adding that it is “an exceptional lineup” for fans who “live and breathe pure fucking metal.” The Black Dahlia Murder drummer Alan Cassidy responded with equal fire, saying, “I’d take my arch enemy to see The Black Dahlia Murder and Arch Enemy! Then throw them in the pit. See you this fall!”

The routing stretches across the U.S. and Canada, opening with a stop in Riverside, CA, on Oct. 5 and then moving through Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Denver, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, New York, Silver Spring, Philadelphia, Worcester, Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Seattle. That makes it one of the more extensive fall metal tours announced so far.

Ticketing details are straightforward: Loudwire says tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, while Metal Blade specifies general on-sale Friday, May 22 at 10 a.m. local time after pre-sales beginning Wednesday, May 20 at 10 a.m. local time and running through Thursday, May 21 at 10 p.m. local time. Metal Blade’s release also notes that the tour includes an Aftershock appearance and says the run spans October 5 through November 19, which is slightly different from Loudwire’s listed final date of Nov. 16 in Seattle.

For fans of either band, the appeal is clear: Arch Enemy are entering a fresh chapter with Lauren Hart at the microphone, while The Black Dahlia Murder remain in strong form behind one of the most respected recent death metal records of their catalog. Put them together with SepticFlesh, Crypta, and Thrown Into Exile, and the result is a tour built for people who want the heaviest possible live night.
