Journey Reveal Dates for Their ‘Final Frontier’ Farewell Tour — Launching February 28, 2026

After more than five decades in rock’s fast lane, Journey have revealed the details of their long-rumored farewell tour. Named the Final Frontier Tour, the North American run will span 60 shows, beginning February 28, 2026, in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and conclude the first leg on July 2, 2026, in Laredo, Texas.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10 a.m. local time, with presales beginning November 11 for select members.

Schön emphasized the tour’s significance: “This tour is our heartfelt thank-you to the fans who’ve been with us every step of the way. We’re pulling out all the stops with a brand-new production – the hits, the deep cuts, the energy, the spectacle. It’s a full-circle celebration of the music that’s brought us all together.”

The lineup features Schön alongside longtime keyboardist/backing vocalist Jonathan Cain, lead singer Arnel Pineda (who has fronted the band since 2007), as well as drummer Deen Castronovo, Todd Jensen on bass, and Jason Derlatka on keyboards and vocals.

Despite the celebratory tone, the tour schedule carries a sting—fans from the Bay Area will notice one glaring omission: no hometown stop in San Francisco. Sacramento is the nearest venue on the current itinerary.

Key early dates include:

  • Feb. 28 2026 – Hershey, PA – Giant Center
  • March 14 2026 – Hartford, CT – PeoplesBank Arena
  • May 23 2026 – Atlantic City, NJ – Boardwalk Hall
  • June 10 2026 – Buffalo, NY – KeyBank Center

Fans can expect a setlist heavy with iconic hits such as “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Any Way You Want It,” and “Faithfully,” delivered alongside rarities and deep cuts in a show designed to reflect the band’s enduring journey.

Though Journey are stepping away from full-scale touring, Schon reassured fans that this isn’t the end of his musical path: “While this marks a farewell to one powerful chapter… I want everyone to know I’m not done. Music is still burning strong inside me, and there are new creative horizons ahead.”
