Jack Osbourne has unleashed a furious tirade against Pink Floyd legend Roger Waters after the 81-year-old dismissed his late father, Ozzy Osbourne, in a brutal interview.
Appearing on The Independent Ink podcast on August 12, Waters mocked Ozzy’s legacy and trashed Black Sabbath entirely. “I don’t care about Black Sabbath, I never did, I have no interest. I couldn’t care less,” he sneered.
He then turned his fire directly on Ozzy himself: “Ozzy Osbourne, who just died, bless him, in his whatever that state that he was in his whole life. We’ll never know… Although he was all over the TV for hundreds of years with his idiocy and nonsense.”
The remarks landed like a hammer, sparking immediate backlash from Ozzy’s son, Jack. On September 2, Jack lit up Instagram Stories with a blistering response:
“Hey @rogerwaters. F*** you. How pathetic and out of touch you’ve become. The only way you seem to get attention these days is by vomiting out bull*** in the press.”
He didn’t stop there. In a follow-up, Jack added: “My father always thought you were a c*** – thanks for proving him right (clown emoji),” stamping it with the hashtag #f*rogerwaters.
Ozzy Osbourne, the Prince of Darkness and one of heavy metal’s true architects, died on July 22 at age 76 after battling Parkinson’s disease. Tributes poured in worldwide — but the Osbourne children have clearly been forced into defense mode.
Just last week, Ozzy’s daughter Kelly lashed out at WWE star Becky Lynch after the wrestler told a Birmingham crowd that Ozzy was “the only good thing” about their city. Kelly shot back online: “[Becky Lynch] you are a disrespectful dirtbag! Birmingham would not p*** on you if you were on fire. #BirminghamForever. Shame on WWE for allowing such things to be said about my father and his home!!!”
Between Roger Waters’ sharp tongue and WWE’s careless jab, the Osbourne family isn’t holding back — and they’re making it clear that Ozzy’s legacy won’t be dragged without a fight.
