Sammy Hagar, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer known for his electrifying voice and relentless touring, has revealed a new slate of summer 2026 dates for his Best of All Worlds tour, with Rick Springfield joining as a featured special guest on most stops.

The announcement on January 12 confirms that Hagar’s run — a continuation of the acclaimed touring series that celebrates decades of music spanning his solo work, Van Halen years, and other projects — will kick off on June 13 in St. Louis and wind up on June 27 in Oxon Hill, Maryland. Tickets go on sale to the public on January 16, 2026, with artist presales beginning on January 13.

Hagar’s touring band for 2026 reunites a core group of longtime collaborators:

  • Michael Anthony (original Van Halen bassist and Hagar bandmate)
  • Joe Satriani (guitar virtuoso and longtime Hagar touring partner)
  • Kenny Aronoff (renowned drummer)
  • Greg Phillinganes (keyboard veteran)

This ensemble represents some of the most consistent contributors to Hagar’s live sound over the years, having played together in Van Halen, Chickenfoot and The Circle, and is widely expected to deliver setlists that span the breadth of his four-decade catalog.

Joining Hagar on most dates is Rick Springfield, the Grammy-winning rock artist whose own catalog includes a string of U.S. Top 10 singles. Springfield’s hits—such as “Jessie’s Girl,” “Don’t Talk to Strangers,” “Love Somebody” and “Human Touch”—remain staples on rock radio, and his relationship with Hagar stretches back decades, including Springfield’s 1981 hit cover of Hagar’s “I’ve Done Everything for You.”

With over 25 million records sold worldwide, Springfield brings his own legacy to the tour, broadening the appeal and nodding to both artists’ enduring influence on rock music. The pairing reflects not just professional respect but a long friendship that also extends to shared business ventures offstage.

According to the tour announcement, Hagar’s 2026 shows will spotlight his musical legacy with a setlist that draws from major milestones—including his Van Halen era, solo hits and deep fan favorites. The presence of both Satriani and Anthony ensures the band’s classic rock foundation is intact, while Phillinganes and Aronoff add depth and breadth to the live performance.

With Springfield’s participation, many shows will serve as dual retrospectives—a celebration of Hagar’s hard rock catalog and Springfield’s pop-rock standards. This pairing of classic voices from parallel rock worlds gives the tour a nostalgic yet fresh dynamic that resonates with longtime fans and curious newcomers alike.

For Hagar, a musician who has embraced evolution without forsaking roots, the 2026 Best of All Worlds run represents another chapter in a long career defined by both innovation and enduring connection.
