Legendary guitarist Steve Hackett — celebrated for his groundbreaking work with Genesis in the early 1970s and his rich solo catalog — has unveiled a sweeping set of tour dates for 2026, taking his Best Of Genesis & Solo Gems show to audiences across multiple continents. The itinerary highlights both classic Genesis material and standout pieces from Hackett’s long solo career, performed with a world-class band for fans old and new.

What the Tour Features

For 2026, Hackett’s live program builds on his reputation for blending progressive rock exploration with melodic mastery. The Best Of Genesis & Solo Gems concerts draw from Hackett’s tenure in Genesis — where his textured guitar work was central to albums like Foxtrot, Selling England by the Pound and The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway — alongside selections from his expansive solo catalog that spans decades of stylistic diversity.

Longtime collaborators such as bassist Jonas Reingold, multi-instrumentalist Rob Townsend and vocalist Nad Sylvan continue to support Hackett on this tour, with newer members Lalle Larsson on keyboards and Felix Lehrmann on drums enhancing the ensemble.
