Stevie Nicks Performs Rare ‘Tusk’ Song Live for the First Time in 40+ Years: Set List, Video

When Stevie Nicks finally kicked off her 2025 U.S. tour on October 1 in Portland, Oregon, fans got more than just a concert — they got history. The tour had been postponed from an August start because Nicks suffered a fractured shoulder, affecting her ability to perform.

Once she was back on her feet, Nicks opened the show with a mix of Fleetwood Mac classics, covers, and rarer solo numbers. Among the standout moments was the live debut of “The Lighthouse”, a song she released in September 2024 inspired by the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade.  Most striking, she performed “Angel” from the 1979 Tusk album — a track she hasn’t sung live since 1983.

She also delivered powerful performances of “Landslide” during her encore, and mixed in fan favorites like “Dreams”, “Gold Dust Woman”, and “Stand Back.”

Nicks shared a bit of the story behind “Angel” — it was written about Mick Fleetwood. She reflected on her admiration for his style, how she was captivated by his presence, his fashion, and yes, even his watch. The song captures that youthful infatuation.
