Twisted Sister is keeping the party alive in 2026, adding three fresh dates to their limited-run fall tour featuring former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach on lead vocals. The newly announced shows — October 18 in Gary, Indiana; November 14 in Charles Town, West Virginia; and December 11 in St. Petersburg, Florida — bring the total to nine high-energy performances celebrating the band’s 50th anniversary.

This tour marks a new chapter for the iconic glam metal outfit, best known for ’80s anthems like “We’re Not Gonna Take It,” “I Wanna Rock,” and “You Can’t Stop Rock ‘n’ Roll.” After original frontman Dee Snider stepped away from touring due to health concerns earlier this year, longtime guitarists Jay Jay French and Eddie Ojeda recruited Bach to deliver the band’s signature rebellious spirit live.

Snider, now in his 70s, publicly supported the move while emphasizing his desire to preserve fans’ memories of peak performances. “I just can’t do those things that I did in my 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and even 60s,” he shared on his House of Hair radio show. “You won’t see me on the stage kicking ass like I used to because that will mess me up.” He wished the band well, ensuring the 50th anniversary spirit lives on without him on the road.

Sebastian Bach, the charismatic Skid Row alum famous for his powerful vocals on hits like “Youth Gone Wild” and “18 and Life,” has expressed lifelong fandom for Twisted Sister. The collaboration allows him to front the band while maintaining his active solo career. Fans can expect a high-octane set packed with classics, delivered with Bach’s signature wild energy and French and Ojeda’s crunching riffs.

This run follows the cancellation of a more extensive 50th anniversary reunion tour that was originally planned with Snider. A Legacy of Defiance Carries On

Formed in 1976 (originally as Silver Star), Twisted Sister became one of the most visually outrageous and outspoken bands of the hair metal era. Their 1984 breakthrough Stay Hungry sold millions and cemented their place in rock history with MTV hits and unforgettable stage shows featuring heavy makeup, women’s clothing, and a defiant attitude that resonated with misfits everywhere.

With Bach stepping in, the band taps into another ’80s icon whose theatrical flair and vocal power should translate powerfully to Twisted Sister’s catalog. While this isn’t a full-scale reunion with the classic lineup, it offers a fresh way to keep the music alive for longtime fans and new generations discovering the band’s rebellious spirit.

Expect plenty of pyro, attitude, and sing-alongs as French and Ojeda lead the charge alongside Bach. As the tour expands, more dates could potentially be added — stay tuned for updates from the band.
