The rock band Dogstar, featuring actor and musician Keanu Reeves, has officially announced a brand-new studio album titled All In Now, set for release on May 29, 2026. The record will arrive through the band’s own label, Dillon Street Records, marking the trio’s latest chapter following their recent reunion.
The album also comes with the release of its title track and lead single, accompanied by a music video directed by Carlos Garcia Medina.
A New Chapter for Dogstar
Dogstar currently consists of Keanu Reeves (bass), Bret Domrose (guitar and vocals), and Robert Mailhouse (drums). The band originally formed in the early 1990s in Los Angeles and gained attention for blending alternative rock and post-grunge influences with melodic songwriting.
After breaking up in 2002, the group reunited more than two decades later and returned in 2023 with the album Somewhere Between the Power Lines and Palm Trees. Their comeback rekindled interest in the band and led to renewed touring activity around the world.
Now, with All In Now, the trio is continuing that momentum. According to drummer Robert Mailhouse, the title track perfectly captures the band’s renewed energy and commitment:
“All In Now just whacks you in the head… It feels true to who we are.”
Reeves also emphasized the band’s enthusiasm for creating new music, describing the recording process as driven by a simple attitude: work hard and go for it.
Produced by Nick Launay
The album was produced by Nick Launay, known for his work with artists like Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and IDLES. His production helped shape the record’s expansive sound and energetic style.
Launay praised the band’s passion in the studio, noting that their songwriting and collaborative spirit pushed the music in exciting directions.

A Band Built on Friendship
For the members of Dogstar, the new album represents more than just another release. The trio often describes the band as a long-standing friendship that has endured decades of change. Their recent tours—playing both intimate clubs and large festivals—helped inspire the material that appears on All In Now.
As the band prepares for its new record and global tour, Dogstar appears more energized than ever. After more than thirty years since their formation, the group is once again proving that their passion for music remains very much alive.
