After 13 years without releasing new music, Aerosmith is back, and this time they’ve joined forces with British alt-rock artist Yungblud for a five-track EP titled One More Time, set to drop on November 21, 2025. This marks the band’s first new material in over a decade and merges classic Aerosmith energy with a modern, youthful edge.
The EP features four original tracks co-written by Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Yungblud, and producer Matt Schwartz, including the lead single “My Only Angel,” which was released on September 19. The fifth track is a reimagined version of Aerosmith’s 1976 classic “Back in the Saddle,” labeled the “2025 Mix.” The full tracklist includes:
- My Only Angel
- Problems
- Wild Woman
- A Thousand Days
- Back in the Saddle (2025 Mix)
The collaboration was inspired by a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards. Tyler, Perry, Yungblud, and guitarist Nuno Bettencourt performed a medley of Osbourne’s hits, including “Crazy Train,” “Changes,” and “Mama, I’m Coming Home.” The performance ended with Yungblud joining Aerosmith in a group embrace and shouting, “Ozzy forever, man!”
Reflecting on the EP, Steven Tyler described the sessions as “plugging into pure electricity,” while Joe Perry praised Yungblud for his “energy and authenticity.” Yungblud called the experience “mind-blowing” and “a dream come true,” adding that it felt like a “cosmic connection” between the artists.
Fans can pre-order One More Time now and anticipate a bold mix of classic rock riffs and modern alt-rock energy when it releases on November 21, 2025.
