He once survived a robbery in Buenos Aires. He remembers the robbery and how he survived the flying bullets. On Tuesday, a 78-year-old musician shared an old interview. The interview was about his gun-fueled encounter with ITN as he made his way to Argentina for new gigs.

He shared the video on X. He asked his fan for help to name the restaurant where he encountered the fire.

In the video, Rod Stewart explained, “The police brought in the sawn-off shotgun. The robber also had guns. But no one had loaded their guns. All of us were under the table. The bullets were flying everywhere. We were lucky to get our lives back.”

After he asked for help, his fan replied with the name of the restaurant “Parrilla La Candela”. The restaurant is not operating now. One of his fans even shared the story in Spanish about the incident that occurred. According to some reports, Rock Stewart was in Buenos Aires.

He was there to cheer on his team in the 78 World Cup. After that, he went to that restaurant. The thieves were there in the restaurant. The incident took place for a few minutes only. After some time, police arrived there to calm the situation.

This was not the first time he was in the middle of a robbery. He encountered the theft several times. In 1982, Rod Stewart lost his car while shopping in Holywood.
