The Guess Who Announce 2026 Reunion Tour — Burton Cummings & Randy Bachman Finally Reunite After Decades!

Canada’s legendary rock outfit The Guess Who have officially announced their much-anticipated 2026 reunion tour, marking the return of Cummings (vocals/keyboards) and Bachman (guitar) under the band’s original name for the first time in more than two decades.

In a press statement, Cummings declared: “We’re thrilled that our songs have never gone away… People still want to hear us perform them live. We are going to go out and honor the music.” Bachman added, “I’m looking ahead and very excited to be joining up with Burton and touring as The Guess Who again. Together we created decades of incredible songs and memories that still stand strong today. Can’t wait to sing them with you all soon!”

The announced run covers 12 Canadian dates, beginning January 31 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, followed by performances at the Rock Legends Cruise XIII (Feb 23-27) and a full slate of arena shows through early summer—including stops in Toronto, Halifax, Moncton, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. Opening act for most of the tour will be former Eagles guitarist Don Felder, appearing at all but the final two concerts.

This reunion comes after a protracted legal battle over the band’s name, culminating in Cummings and Bachman reclaiming control and retiring earlier permutations of The Guess Who. “If there is a group out there calling themselves The Guess Who, it’s going to have the lead singer who wrote the songs and the guitarist who made the riffs,” Cummings noted previously.

Fans eager to relive classics like “These Eyes,” “American Woman,” and “No Sugar Tonight / New Mother Nature” can prepare for a marathon show: Bachman has hinted at a two- to three‐hour set featuring 30+ songs, drawn from the Guess Who catalog, his work with Bachman‑Turner Overdrive, and Cummings’ solo material.

Tickets for the general public are slated to go on sale November 14 at 10 a.m. local time, with presales beginning November 11. Given the extent of the band’s hiatus and the demand among longtime fans, no-compromise arenas are expected to move quickly.
