Fresh off her American Idol victory, Hannah Harper is already lining up major fall appearances. One of the first confirmed stops is Dollywood, where the Season 24 winner is set to perform during the park’s Harvest Festival presented by Humana on September 30 and October 1, 2026. The announcement came just one day after Harper was crowned the new American Idol champion on May 11, 2026.
Dollywood’s official Harvest Festival runs from September 14 through October 31, 2026, and the event is one of the park’s biggest annual draws. The festival features country, bluegrass, and gospel performers throughout the season, along with fall food, seasonal decor, and the park’s Great Pumpkin LumiNights displays.
Harper’s Dollywood booking is especially notable because it comes so quickly after her American Idol win. In the finale, the 25-year-old Missouri native won the title with an emotional performance of Chris Tomlin’s “At The Cross (Love Ran Red),” continuing a season that started with her viral original song “String Cheese.”
Country Rebel reported that Dollywood confirmed Harper’s appearance “just one day after her big American Idol win,” and the same report noted that the park will allow fans to catch her live during the Harvest Festival dates in late September and early October. The article also said tickets are already on sale through Dollywood’s website.
Harper herself has already said she is not planning to slow down after Idol. In a post-win interview, she said, “I knew that I was gonna hit the ground running as soon as I left here,” and added that after taking two weeks to relax, she expected to spend “almost every weekend until like September, October” on the road with her “String Cheese tour.” That comment makes the Dollywood dates fit neatly into her early post-Idol schedule.
The move also gives Harper a major live platform at one of the South’s best-known family festivals. Dollywood’s Harvest Festival has long featured a mix of seasonal attractions and live music, and Harper’s addition suggests the park is looking to capitalize on her recent surge in popularity while she is still fresh off her national television win.
Harper’s rise has been rapid. People reported that she was crowned the winner of American Idol Season 24 on May 11, and that her audition song “String Cheese” connected deeply with viewers because of its honesty about postpartum depression. Her next chapter is now starting to take shape fast, and Dollywood will be one of the first places fans can see it live.
